SS2000-OF Oscillator & Analog Speed Follower
 The
SS2000-OF packaged oscillator and analog speed follower offers you
switch-selectable, variable speed control, in motion control systems where the
speed is set by an analog signal. The SS2000-OF offers you years of reliable
service in a variety of multi-axis and stand-alone applications.
The SS2000-OF is fully compatible with all Superior SLO-SYN step motor drives
and most other pulse and direction drives, simplifying the task of acquiring
other compatible system components. With its own built-in power supply, the
SS2000-OF eliminates the need for a DC power supply in most systems.
The SS2000-OF is equipped with an internal potentiometer enabling you select
your required system speed, or may be used with an external potentiometer.
Maximum running speeds of 160000, 80000, 40000, 20000, 10000, 5000, 2500, and
1250 pulses per second are switch selectable. The output pulse rate is an direct
proportion to the analog input, which accepts 4-20ma, -10 to +10 VDC
differential voltage, and 1 to 10 VDC inputs. For added flexibility, the
SS2000-OF also offers settings for a high speed limit,
acceleration/deceleration, and low speed deadband.
